Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use EaseMyPost, operated by Clazro Technology Private Limited. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

EaseMyPost drafts social media content, sends it to you for approval, and publishes approved content to the accounts you connect. Publishing depends on third-party platforms (Meta, YouTube, Threads) and their APIs, which can change or become unavailable outside our control. Where you connect YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's use of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorised to manage the accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for the content you approve. Approval is the point at which you take responsibility for what is published on your accounts.
• You must not use EaseMyPost to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
• You are responsible for ensuring the photos and videos you provide are yours to use.

What we do not do

• We do not publish without your approval.
• We do not guarantee reach, engagement or follower growth.
• We do not manage paid advertising.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled posts can be delayed or fail when a platform API is down or a token has expired; we surface those failures to you rather than hiding them.

Fees, billing and cancellation

Prices are published at easemypost.com/pricing/ and nothing begins charging until you choose a plan in the dashboard. Fees are a flat monthly amount per business in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable GST (itemised on the invoice), billed at the start of each period. We give at least 30 days' notice before a price change, and it never applies to a period you have already paid for.

You can cancel at any time by email or on your WhatsApp approval thread. There is no lock-in, no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Full terms, including when a refund applies, are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Termination

You can stop using EaseMyPost at any time and ask us to delete your account — see Delete my data. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that is used to publish unlawful content. If we suspend or discontinue the service for a reason that is not your breach, we refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything published to your accounts. You grant us only the permission needed to draft, render and publish it on your instruction, and that permission ends when you delete your account. We do not use your business content to train third-party models for purposes unrelated to serving you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost reach or revenue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
