These terms apply when you use EaseMyPost, operated by Clazro Technology Pvt Ltd. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

EaseMyPost drafts social media content, sends it to you for approval, and publishes approved content to the accounts you connect. Publishing depends on third-party platforms (Meta, YouTube, Threads) and their APIs, which can change or become unavailable outside our control.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorised to manage the accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for the content you approve. Approval is the point at which you take responsibility for what is published on your accounts.
• You must not use EaseMyPost to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
• You are responsible for ensuring the photos and videos you provide are yours to use.

What we do not do

• We do not publish without your approval.
• We do not guarantee reach, engagement or follower growth.
• We do not manage paid advertising.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled posts can be delayed or fail when a platform API is down or a token has expired; we surface those failures to you rather than hiding them.

Fees

Pricing, where applicable, is agreed with you before your account is activated. We are early and currently onboarding a limited number of businesses.

Termination

You can stop using EaseMyPost at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that is used to publish unlawful content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost reach or revenue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
