What is EaseMyPost?

EaseMyPost is an approval-gated AI social media manager for small businesses in India. It drafts a week of content, sends each idea to the owner on WhatsApp, and publishes to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Threads only after the owner replies Approve.

Can it post without my approval?

No. There is no unattended posting mode. Every post waits for an explicit approval, and the media is not even rendered until you give it. This is a deliberate design decision, not a missing feature.

How is this different from Buffer, Hootsuite or Later?

Those tools schedule posts you have already written, and any approval step happens in a web dashboard. EaseMyPost writes the ideas itself and moves the approval into WhatsApp, where small business owners already are. You are approving an idea, not formatting a post.

Which platforms can it publish to?

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Threads. WhatsApp is used for approvals and notifications, not as a publishing channel.

Do I need to use a dashboard?

No. The whole weekly loop runs over WhatsApp: ideas arrive as one message, you reply Approve, Edit or Skip, and a summary arrives on Sunday. A web dashboard exists but is optional.

How do I edit something I do not like?

Reply in plain language on WhatsApp, for example 'make it about the new stock instead'. There is no form to fill in and no editor to learn.

Will it invent facts about my business?

No. It will not fabricate prices, offers, awards, reviews or claims. When a comment or DM asks something it cannot answer from your brand profile, such as whether an item is in stock, it escalates the question to you rather than guessing.

Does it reply to comments and DMs?

Yes, in your brand's voice, if you enable it. Anything ambiguous or commercially sensitive is escalated to you instead of answered.

Will it grow my followers?

We do not promise that, and we will not take your money on that promise. What it does is make consistent, on-brand posting happen without it depending on you finding time.

Does it run paid ads?

No. Organic posting, comments and direct messages only.

What does it cost?

Pricing is not published yet. It will be a flat monthly fee per business, not per post and not per seat, and it is agreed with you before anything is billed. See the pricing page.

What do you need from me to set it up?

An Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or Threads account you own or manage, a WhatsApp number for approvals, and roughly fifteen minutes to connect the accounts with us. We build the brand profile with you.

Is my account safe? What access do you take?

We connect through each platform's official API, never by taking your password. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and you can revoke them from the platform's own settings at any time. See the security page.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, by email or on the WhatsApp thread. No lock-in, no minimum term, no cancellation fee. See the refund and cancellation policy.

How do I delete my data?

Email us and we delete your workspace within 30 days, with tokens revoked immediately. See the delete my data page.
