Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026
Short version: it is billed monthly, you can cancel any time, and we do not keep charging you for a month you told us you did not want.
Where we are today. EaseMyPost is in early access and pricing is agreed directly with each business before anything is billed. Nothing starts charging automatically and there is no card on file until you put one there. This policy sets out the terms that apply once billing does start.
Billing
- A flat monthly fee per business, agreed with you in writing before the first charge.
- Billed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST is charged on top and shown separately.
- Charged at the start of each monthly period, for that period.
- We will tell you the price before we bill it. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we give at least 30 days' notice before it applies.
Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or by telling us on the same WhatsApp thread you use for approvals. No retention call, no form.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Your scheduled content keeps publishing until then unless you ask us to stop sooner.
- There is no lock-in, no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- After cancellation we disconnect your accounts, which deletes the stored access tokens.
Refunds
- Within 7 days of your first charge: full refund, no reason needed.
- We failed to deliver: if the service was materially unavailable, or we did not publish approved content, for more than 7 days in a billing month, we refund that month pro-rata for the affected days. You do not have to argue for this — if our own logs show it, we apply it.
- Duplicate or incorrect charge: refunded in full as soon as you tell us.
- Mid-month cancellation: not refunded by default, because the work for that month — planning, drafting and rendering — has already been done. If you cancelled because something was broken, that falls under the clause above instead.
What is not refundable
We do not refund on the basis of reach, engagement or follower counts. We are explicit everywhere on this site that we do not promise growth, and we will not take money on that promise or return it against it. We also cannot refund a platform's own action — if Instagram restricts or removes your account for something you approved, that is outside our control.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on the account, with the charge date and what went wrong. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and typically take 5–10 working days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
If we cannot agree
Escalate to our grievance officer — the contact details are in the Privacy Policy. We would rather resolve it directly than have you go through your card issuer.
Note: this policy is written to match how we actually intend to bill. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have counsel check it before you rely on it commercially.
