What we will not charge for
- Approvals. The WhatsApp loop is in every plan, unlimited.
- Setup. We connect your accounts and build your brand profile with you, on every plan.
- Seats. Add your staff or your designer to the workspace at no charge.
- GST surprises. The price you see is the price you pay; GST is inside it and itemised on the invoice.
Common questions
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel from the dashboard any time. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing further is charged. Details in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
How do I pay?
Card, UPI or net banking through Razorpay, from the dashboard. A GST invoice is issued for every payment. Annual billing is available on request.
What happens if I need more posts or reels in a month?
Tell us on WhatsApp. We will either move you up a plan from the next cycle or add them for that month at the per-reel rate we agree with you — nothing is added silently.
Can I change plan?
Yes — cancel the current one from the dashboard and pick another; the new plan starts the day you pay for it. Tell us on WhatsApp and we will make sure you do not pay for an overlapping week.
What counts as a post?
One published piece of content: an image post, a carousel, or a reel. The same post going to Instagram and Facebook counts once. Stories do not count.
Do I need a marketing person?
No. The product assumes there isn’t one. You read a WhatsApp message and reply Approve.
