Privacy Policy

This policy explains what EaseMyPost collects, why, and what you can ask us to delete. EaseMyPost is operated by Clazro Technology Private Limited, India.

Information we collect

• Account information you give us: name, business name, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Connected platform data: when you connect Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or Threads, we access your profile, your published posts and their performance metrics, and comments and messages on those posts, using each platform's official API.
• Content you provide: photos, videos and brand information you upload or authorise us to use.
• Messages exchanged with our WhatsApp number for approvals and support.
• Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• To draft, build, schedule and publish content on the accounts you connect.
• To send you approval requests and summaries over WhatsApp.
• To reply to comments and direct messages on your behalf, where you have enabled it.
• To improve reliability and support you when something breaks.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your business content to train third-party models for purposes unrelated to serving you.

Access tokens

Connecting a platform gives us an access token that lets us act on your behalf. Tokens are stored encrypted. You can revoke access at any time from the platform's own settings (for example, Facebook Business Settings) or by asking us to disconnect the account, which deletes the token.

Google and YouTube API Services

EaseMyPost uses YouTube API Services to work with your YouTube channel. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

When you connect YouTube we ask Google for two permissions, and use them only for this:

• Manage your YouTube account — to upload the videos you approve with the title, description and visibility (public, unlisted or private) you set; to read comments on your videos and post the replies you approve; to hide comments only where you have switched that on; and to apply the thumbnails, captions and metadata changes you approve.
• View YouTube Analytics reports (read-only) — to show your channel and video performance in the Measure section. Figures shown are the ones YouTube returns; anything we calculate from them is labelled as ours.

Google user data is used only to provide the features you turn on. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train AI models, and shared with no one except the processors listed above that host or draft for you. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and refresh. Comments, video records and analytics for your channel are stored encrypted in India (AWS Mumbai). We re-check your authorisation at least every 30 days; if it has been revoked we delete the stored YouTube data. Public statistics about other channels you add as competitors, and comment history no longer awaiting your action, are refreshed or deleted within 30 days.

Revoking access. Disconnect YouTube in the Connections screen, or remove EaseMyPost at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Either way the token is deleted immediately and stored YouTube data within 30 days.

Google Drive and Gmail, if you connect them, are used only to let you pick photos and videos from your Drive for posts, and to send account emails (such as password resets) from your own address. Neither is required to use EaseMyPost.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers necessary to run EaseMyPost, and only what each one needs. We share when legally required. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Who we use, and what they see

This list changes as the product does. When it changes materially we update this page and the date at the top.

Where your data is stored

Primary storage and backups are in India (AWS Mumbai, ap-south-1). Some processing happens outside India: the AI providers above and the platform APIs you connect operate globally, so content sent to them for drafting or publishing may be processed elsewhere. Connecting an account and approving content is your instruction to us to do that.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete it, or 90 days after you stop being a customer, we delete it on this schedule:

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with;
• correct or complete anything inaccurate;
• delete it — see Delete my data;
• withdraw consent for processing, which you can do at any time and as easily as you gave it;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.

Email [email protected]. We acknowledge within 3 working days and respond substantively within 30 days. There is no charge.

Grievance officer

If we have not handled a privacy request properly, escalate it. As required under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the Information Technology Rules, 2021:

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies — details on the cookies page.

Security

Access tokens and stored credentials are encrypted, traffic is served over HTTPS, and access to production data is limited to the people who operate the service. How we handle your accounts is described on the security page. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever have a breach affecting your data we will tell you and the Data Protection Board, not wait to be asked.

Children

EaseMyPost is a business product and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and notify active customers.
