This policy explains what EaseMyPost collects, why, and what you can ask us to delete. EaseMyPost is operated by Clazro Technology Pvt Ltd, India.

Information we collect

• Account information you give us: name, business name, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Connected platform data: when you connect Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or Threads, we access your profile, your published posts and their performance metrics, and comments and messages on those posts, using each platform's official API.
• Content you provide: photos, videos and brand information you upload or authorise us to use.
• Messages exchanged with our WhatsApp number for approvals and support.
• Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• To draft, build, schedule and publish content on the accounts you connect.
• To send you approval requests and summaries over WhatsApp.
• To reply to comments and direct messages on your behalf, where you have enabled it.
• To improve reliability and support you when something breaks.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your business content to train third-party models for purposes unrelated to serving you.

Access tokens

Connecting a platform gives us an access token that lets us act on your behalf. Tokens are stored encrypted. You can revoke access at any time from the platform's own settings (for example, Facebook Business Settings) or by asking us to disconnect the account, which deletes the token.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to run EaseMyPost — hosting, AI model providers used to draft content, and the platform APIs you connect. We share when legally required. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete it, except where we are legally required to retain records. Disconnecting a platform deletes the stored token for it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for processing. Email us and we will respond.

Children

EaseMyPost is a business product and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and notify active customers.
