It plans your week before you're up.

Reads your brand, your past posts and what's working for similar shops, then drafts a week of ideas.

The idea lands on your WhatsApp.

Plain language, no jargon. Enough detail to judge it in ten seconds, between customers.

Whenever you're free

You tap approve.

Or edit it in your own words, or skip it entirely. Nothing gets built until you say yes.

Minutes later

Only now does it build the reel.

Your own photos, your captions, cut and timed. No render happens before your approval.

Published on schedule and replying in your voice. Anything it isn't sure about, it asks you first.

Before that message reaches you

Most of the work you never see.

Approving a post takes ten seconds. Deciding it was the right post to make that week is the actual job — and that part runs before your phone buzzes.

It studies your page first

Not just your captions — it looks at the photos and reel covers themselves. How you shoot, how you light your product, whether you put text on your images. That becomes your brand profile.

Then it studies your rivals

Reel by reel, not follower counts. The hook in the first two seconds, the shot pattern, why it worked — and where the gap is that nobody in your category is filling.

It knows what's coming

Festivals five weeks out, not five days — gifting content needs lead time. Region-aware, so it knows a national festival from one kept in your state.

And what's moving right now

Live trends from the last 48 hours, filtered down to the ones your brand can honestly touch. Season and buying timing too — wedding season, exam season, salary week.

It reads your numbers properly

Saves and shares per person reached, not raw likes. A post seen by 400 people that got 60 saves is doing more for your business than one seen by 4,000 that got 80. Once your page has enough posting history, it's measured against your own median — not an industry average.

Every reel is storyboarded

Shot by shot before anything renders — which frame, how long it holds, where the text lands, where the music hits. That's why it doesn't look like photos on a timer.

Inside the dashboard

This is the actual product.

Screens from the running app — the approval queue, the week's plan, the calendar and the customer messages. Nothing here is a mockup.

The EaseMyPost approval queue: a list of drafted post ideas on the left, the selected idea open on the right with Approve and create, Request changes and Skip this draft buttons.
The approval queue. Every idea waits here — and on your WhatsApp — until you approve it. Nothing is built or published before that.
The weekly plan screen in EaseMyPost, showing seven drafted posts for the week with day, time, caption and format for each.
A week planned in one pass, with the caption and format already drafted for each slot.
The content calendar in EaseMyPost: a month grid with scheduled posts, channel filters for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads and WhatsApp, and the best posting slots marked.

Straight answers

What it will not do.

Most tools in this category are vague about the limits. Here are ours, upfront.

  • Post without your approval. There is no fully automatic mode. That's the whole design.
  • Make up facts about your business. No invented offers, prices, awards or reviews. Ever.
  • Promise you followers. Consistency is what we can give you. Growth depends on your work too.
  • Run your paid ads. Organic posting, comments and DMs only, for now.

Common questions

What EaseMyPost actually does.

Straight answers, so you can judge it without a sales call.

What is EaseMyPost?

EaseMyPost is an approval-gated AI social media manager for small businesses in India. AI drafts a week of content, sends each idea to the owner on WhatsApp, and publishes to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube only after the owner replies Approve. Threads publishing is built the same way but isn't switched on for customers yet — see below.

How is it different from a scheduler?

Most social media tools schedule posts you have already written, and approvals happen in a web dashboard. EaseMyPost writes the ideas itself and moves the approval step into WhatsApp, where small business owners already work. Media is not rendered until you approve.

Can it post without my approval?

No. There is no unattended posting mode, and that is deliberate rather than a missing feature. Every post waits for an explicit approval, and nothing is built before you give it.

Which platforms does it support?

Instagram, Facebook and YouTube for publishing today. Threads is built the same way but isn't switched on yet — Meta requires a separate verification step for the Threads API and we're still waiting on it. WhatsApp is used for approvals and notifications, not as a publishing channel.

Do I have to use a dashboard?

No. The weekly loop runs entirely over WhatsApp: ideas arrive as one message, you reply Approve, Edit or Skip, and a summary arrives Monday morning. A web dashboard exists but is optional.

What will it not do?

It will not post without approval, invent facts about your business such as offers or prices, promise follower growth, or run paid advertising. It handles organic posting, comments and direct messages only.
