EaseMyPost as a Later alternative
Later is the best-looking way to arrange an Instagram feed. The question worth asking before you pay for it is whether your problem is arranging the posts or having them.
The difference in one line
Later helps you plan and place content you already have. EaseMyPost produces the content, then asks you to approve it.
Side by side
Later figures read from later.com/pricing on 18 August 2026, on the yearly billing view. Pricing changes — check their site before deciding.

Where Later is the better choice
If you shoot your own content and care how the grid looks as a whole, Later's visual planner is genuinely the best of these tools and nothing here replaces it. It also covers TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Snapchat, which we do not. If you have a photographer or shoot well yourself, Later plus your own camera roll is a sound setup.
Where EaseMyPost is
A visual planner is only useful once there is something to place in it. Businesses that stall do not stall at arrangement; they stall at the point where somebody has to think of this week's idea and produce it. Later's approval is also a collaboration feature that appears on higher plans, for teams reviewing each other. Ours exists because the owner is the only reviewer there will ever be.
An honest summary
If you have a marketing person, a content calendar you already fill, and posts written before they are scheduled, a scheduler is the right tool and you should use one. The approval step in those tools exists to route work between colleagues.
EaseMyPost is for the case where there is no colleague. The owner is the marketing department, the approval is the only review the post will ever get, and it has to happen on a phone in under a minute between customers. That is why it lives on WhatsApp and why it cannot be switched off.
